I've been asking about a weight loss course for a while now so I'm glad Helenswood are running one. I just need some good exercise and diet advice and a great bunch of like minded people to motivate me, and I know I can do this!
Lose weight the sensible way
Our tailored 12 week weight loss program will include 2 x 1 hour instuctor lead earlybird fitness sessions per week, a tailored nutritional plan, weigh in, measurements and bodyfat levels at the beginning middle and end of the 12 weeks.
You will have access to a closed facebook group where we can all share recipe ideas, motivational tips, see the exercise of the day, be kept on tasks with support and guidance from both our instructor and others on the program and have weekly goals set to keep us all motivated.
12 week program will be just £80 for premier members and £120 for non members
If you are the "Biggest loser" at the end of the 12 weeks you can choose to have your next 12 week program for free or have 3 months free premier membership which will include gym swim and classes.
As a non member, if you decide to take out membership whilst on the 12 week program you will not pay a joining fee saving you £30 off the membership and £40 off your next 12 week program.
Our current course finished on 21st December with a total weight loss of over 4 stone.
