It's amazing what you can achieve in half an hour
Our Ignite classes are small group intense workouts of no more than 30 minutes based on functional training. The classes are rotated every month to include aspects such as slam balls, power bags, RMT Hammers, core stability etc. They are great if you are limited on time or if you prefer to workout under the guidance of a gym instructor. No booking required just turn up and join in.
