Try something new
Drag yourself away from a screen and learn the importance of exercise with our girls only gym sessions. Aimed at girls aged 12-16 years, this fully supervised session will include cardio and bodyweight exercises to help increase fitness levels and help to maintain a healthy body weight.
All sessions are fully supervised by qualified gym instructors who are always on hand to guide and advise on all aspects of the gym.
Sessions are completely free and take place every Wednesday 4.00-5.00pm.
