I love Kettlebells as its working out with weights in a non traditional way


Each month we showcase a new aerobics class for you to try. This March it's Thursday morning Kettlebells. 

A kettlebell is a cast iron ball with a handle attached to the top. By swinging the bell in different patterns and then controlling the momentum to change directions taps in to a lot of muscle groups. This functional workout tightens and tones the whole body and because the dynamic nature of the class engages so many muscles, it burns a lot of calories - on par with running a 6 minute mile (university of Wisconsin research).

Try this class for free throughout March, no booking required, just turn up.
