Each month we showcase a new aerobics class for you to try. This month it's our Wednesday evening circuits class 7.00-8.00pm.
Circuit training is a combination of several exercises performed with short rest periods between them for either a set number of repetitions or a prescribed amount of time. One circuit is when all of the chosen exercises have been completed. It's a great boredom buster as you move from one exercise to another on a regular basis helping to keep your focus on the exercusion of the exercise and maximising it's impact on the body.
