So how does Circuit Training work? In a nutshell, it’s an effective workout that moves you through a series of different exercise stations. You perform one exercise after another for a set amount of time. The complete circuit can include aerobic activities, muscle strengthening exercises or a combination of both.
Our circuits classes are run by our Personal Trainers, who use their experience and knowledge to set up stations to challenge and provide a great work out. Stations are changed regulary to keep classes fresh and prevent boredom.
Take on cardio, resistence and strength exercises designed to build your fitness levels and help blast away the calories. The beauty of circuits is that you can work on each exercise at your own pace and ability, it's also easy to keep track of progress as you can monitor the amount of reps completed in the set time. There's always a friendly supportive atmosphere in our classes, it's a great way to meet new people as you buddy up on work stations.
