We are pleased to be able to offer a brand new course for those that are looking to increase their muscle mass. Hypertrophy is a term for the growth and increase of the size of muscle cell. This 12 week course aims to improve both strength and size using scientifically backed methods while also providing you with the tools to help you progress with your own training after the initial 12 week period.
Elements of the programme include:pre exercise screening, tailored macro nutrient advice, regular reviews and 1 to 1 sessions to ensure you get the best results possible.
