At Helenswood Sports Centre we offer a varied programme of over 15 classes a week including Zumba, Indoor cycling and Pilates. Ranging in time, they are perfect for those with busy schedules to pop-in and enjoy a class when it suits them. Best of all, classes are free to those with memberships or available on pay-as-you-go basis too.
Our cardio classes are designed to get your heart rate up and maintaining a higher level of intensity. Classes include, Indoor Cycling & Zumba.
Strength & Conditioning
Our strength and conditioning classes will raise heart rate and work on strengthening and elongating the muscles. Classes include Total Body Conditioning & Circuits
Mind & Body
These classes work on building the connection between your mind and body. Although lower impact these are by no means easy. Classes include Yoga & Pilates.

Possibly the best thing about group exercise is the very fact it is led by a professional. Unlike going solo in the gym or at home, attending a class is the next best thing to having a personal trainer, making it a really affordable way to spend time with someone who can help you achieve your fitness and better body goals.
Not only that, it’s a lot of fun, with an added social element to keep you motivated to return week after week and remain active for longer.

You can book via reception or online via our app. You can book all classes up to 8 days in advance.
Our instructors will be able to tailor all classes to meet the fitness levels of the whole group. Please have a quick chat with the instructor prior to the class if you have any specific concerns.
Non members are able to book (and pay) for their class on the day.
