Notes for parents:

• To secure a place it is recommended that you book early, payments to be made at time of booking and refunds will not be available.
• Registration takes place between 8:00am - 9:00am for a morning/all day session, or 12:00pm - 1:00pm for an afternoon session.
• A parent or guardian must accompany their child/children for registration and collection.
• A child may be collected between 12:00pm and 1:00pm for a morning session and between 4:00pm and 5:00pm for an afternoon/full day session.
• Please ensure that our staff are informed of any medical conditions and medicines your child may require. If your child/children require medicine please note that they will need to administer it themselves. A staff member will be responsible for the time of administration and will watch whilst it is being administered.
• Lunch and tea is not provided so children will need to bring a pack lunch/tea and a snack for break time.
• Please make sure children are appropriately dressed to take part in sport/art activities and that sun cream is applied before attendance.
• We reserve the right to change the program without notice.
