Women get active is a new scheme created by our personal trainer Jaz. The aim is to help women gain confidence in using free weights.

Benefits of Free Weights for women include;

  • Gaining strength by building lean muscle, without 'bulking out' 
  • Strengthens muscles and increases bone density. This reduces the risk of fractures, builds stronger connective tissues and increases joint stability which, as a result, helps prevent injury
  • boosts your metabolism
  • Helps improve mood and relieve stress

This course is suitable for 18+ year olds. This introductory course starting in July will be offered for free. Limited spaces avaialble.
