If you are a member paying for any Fitness, Learn to Swim, or any of our other memberships, we guarantee you won’t lose out.

As our centres are forced to close due to a national lockdown, we will honour our commitment to our members and ensure there is no financial disadvantage to you while we are closed. 

If we have already taken a collection for November that payment will automatically roll over to December. and we will not be taking a DD payment at your next collection date. As soon as we reopen your membership will be active immediately and you will be able to return to the centre as normal.


Swim School memberships

If you are currently enrolled on our Learn To Swim programme keeping your DD in place will ensure your current Swim School place is kept for you, so you will not need to worry about rebooking when we reopen.


Group Exercise Classes

If you have booked for a studio class scheduled to run from Thursday 5th November onwards, your booking has been cancelled, so you do not need to do anything.

We will let you know as soon as possible when classes are available to be booked.

Block bookings, group bookings and courses

All pre-paid activities and repeat bookings will be contacted to rearrange to a suitable date when we reopen.
