6 week course for those who have struggled with body fat loss and exercise
The idea behind this course is to help those people through the myths and untruths about dieting and weight loss (we've all done it, trawled the internet for hours for that quick fix). We want to create a community of people with similar goals, similar issues and barriers to attaining their goals. Its not just for people who are diabetic or pre-diabetic, its for anyone struggling to lose body fat, particularly those put off by the thought of having to go to a gym.
