Our Active 4 Life sessions are fun classes for the over 50's. A mixture of low impact aerobics, body conditioning and toning. You will explore exercises geared towards building strength and flexibility through a focus on posture, core stability and body alignment. Classes run on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
