New Class - Legs, Bums & Tums

The leg, bum and tum areas are often considered the hardest to tackle when it comes to shifting the unwanted body fat. This class is a full body workout aiming to tone up those areas of your thighs, bum and stomach that are causing the problem.

Legs Bums & Tums (L.B.T)

These classes are particularly popular with women who are keen to improve their overall body shape.

The class will start with a warm up to get the body moving. Then you will squat, crunch and lunge your way to a fitter, leaner you! 

L.B.T is great for anybody who wants to lose weight and tone up as it uses large muscle groups for a high calorie burn. Exercises are designed to target those problem areas.
