The core of the body is responsible for supporting the stomach, back, spine and shoulders. Core fitness exercises aim to strengthen all muscles related to these areas.
This class will challenge your stabilising muscles and work the whole core. Great for flattening the tummy, and improving balance and posture.
That's not all, the energetic sections will ensure that you get a cardio workout too!

A strong core is the basis for any workout and will help minimise the risk of injury while exercising.
The core is responsible for balance, stabilisation, and posture and is a key part of any free weight training. You will often hear instructors say “brace your abs” or “suck your belly in” this is because the abs support the lower spine through lifting movements such as dead lifts, dead rows, squats and many more.
Your core is also responsible for stabilisation during exercises such as bicep curls, triceps extensions etc. A strong core will keep your body still and enable you to do these movements more effectively.
All you need to bring with you is a pair of trainers, some exercise kit and a water bottle!
