Not sure how to use your time in the gym effectively?
Our inhouse PT instructor and fitness trainer Tim will be in the gym at the following times during the week to help guide you and offer any support required to best achieve your goals.
Tim is a level 3 Personal Trainer and is happy to answer any questions, give you tips to help maximise your workout, or even just give you a recap of how to use the equipment.
Starting 12th February you can catch him in the gym at the following times:
Monday 07:30 - 09:00
Monday 16:00 - 17:30.
Tuesday 12:45 - 14:15
Thursday 16:00 - 18:00.
Friday 07:30 - 09:00
