Our running club is great for beginners and the more experienced runners. Our "Run England" Qualified instructors Ian, Nicola, Rhian and Darren, will help you beat your goals and build up your fitness.

We are starting a Couch to 5K programme designed to get you off the couch and running in just 10 weeks.
Our 10-week programme will be starting Tuesday 6th March at 18.30. Start running with our instructors there to help you every step of the way.
