Lifting weights helps you tone up in less time than performing cardio. It can help prevent bone loss and is also great for flexibility and mobility.
Falaise are making the use of weights more accessable to you through a 5 session ladies course where you will learn the correct way to lift weights in a safe and effective way . Each week will focus on strengthening different muscle groups and will empower you with the knowledge to continue to use weights to boost your personal strength long after the course has finished.
We have a new 5 session course (every other Tuesday) commencing on Tuesday 20th February 6.00-6.45pm. There are limited spaces so booking is essential.
The course is FREE on a premier membership or £15 for non-members.
