Each month we showcase a new class for you to try for FREE! This month try HIIT.
HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training is a form of interval training. You give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
Try HIIT for FREE every Tuesday 6.45-7.15am & Thursday 7.30-8.00pm
