Young Person Strength Academy
We want our younger members to use our gym safely and get the most from their workout, that's why we have launched our strength academy for 14-18 year olds. These structured sessions small group sessions are a brilliant introduction to learning how to power lift effectively to burn calories and increase muscle strength. Suitable for both male and females, you can expect to learn how to dead lift, back & front squat, bench press and military press all under strict qualified supervision.
Free on your Premier 12-16 membership or just £15 for a 12 week course, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday 4.30-5.30pm starting week commencing Monday January 28th
