Exercise in later life can help boost the immune system, improve respiratory and cardiovascular function, help maintain strong bones, improve gastrointestinal function and help protect against chronic conditions.
We hope to be able to offer these low cost community sessions for the over 55s at Falaise from May 20th, subject to Government lockdown rules easing.
Every Thursday 11.00am-12.00pm
Cost is just £3 per person and includes a cup of tea at the end of the session.
