Lifting weights helps you tone up in less time than performing cardio. It can help prevent bone loss and is also great for flexibility and mobility.
Falaise are making the use of weights more accessible to you through a 6 session ladies course where you will learn the correct way to lift weights safely and effectively. Each week will focus on the basics of strengthening different muscle groups to gain muscle and tone up, and will empower you with the knowledge to continue to use weights to boost your personal strength long after the course has finished.
When: Tuesday 7th September-12th October (6 weeks)
Time: 11.00am -12.00pm.
Instructor: Tilly Turner, a qualified PT with a keen interest in and experience of strength training
Cost: £60 non members | £40 members
No experience required, come along and learn or expand your knowledge on strength training.
