junior gym on track to restart on tuesday 18th May
These gym sessions are aimed at introducing young people (11-16 years) to the gym environment. Using a mixture of cardio and body weight techniques under the supervision of a qualified gym instructor, sessions are designed to encourage our youngsters away from a screen and learn about the importance of exercise and keeping fit.
There is on hand advice from the instructors on safe working out with technique and progression guidance. The sessions will support our young people in using exercise to help their physical and mental well-being.
You will need to have booked and attended an induction prior to attending your first session, please contact the site directly to arrange. Parents must also have completed a registration form for each child prior to their visit.
Once you are inducted and forms completed you are able to just turn up at the following times:
Tuesday & Thursday 4.30-5.30pm, Sunday 11.00am-12.00pm
Classes are just £3 (non member) and FREE on Premier 11-16 and family memberships
