Tilly our gym instructor can help you with all of the above and more; she holds the following qualifictions and has a wealth of experience.
Tilly has been working in leisure for the last few years, she now has regular hours at Falaise and is able to offer you Personal Training and nutritional advice as well as support you on some sports injury needs.
