Each month we would like to introduce you to a member of our gym staff. If you ever have a question or need some advice please do not hesitate in asking one of them for support. They are there to make sure you get the best from your work out and that you are safe when you perform exercises.
Cy started his career 5 years ago at Falaise moving quickly from receptionist to personal trainer and now as Fitness Manager. He is a level 3 CYQ Personal Trainer, a Level 3 Nutrition for Exercise, a Kettlebells Instructor and a TRX Suspension Training Instructor.
Cy is the perfect trainer to advise and support clients with weight, nutrition and diet management, he can help with preparation for competition, injury rehabilitation and body recomposition training.
