Kettlebells have strengthened my back no end over the last few months. I'm glad I gave it a try.


Try Kettlebells

Each month we showcase an exercise class for you to try for free. This May it's Kettlebells.

Kettlebells come in a range of off-centered weights and a workout includes different movements such as the dead lift, swing, clean and press, and snatch. Each of these movements are multi-joint and multi-muscle exercises that build strength, improve flexibility and burn fat and calories.

Try Kettlebells for free every Tuesday 7.15-8.00am & Thursday 6.45-7.30pm in May.
