Each month we showcase an exercise class for you to try for free. This March it's ab attack.
Ab attack is a 30 minute class which targets and strengthens the abdominal and the core area. The class is really intense, it attacks the stomach, obliques(sides) and the lower back. The short, but effective high intensity class is the key to maximum abdominal development.
