Each month we showcase an exercise class for you to try for free. This October it's Kettlebells.

Kettlebells is a functional workout that uses ballastic exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training for a whole body workout.

Try Kettlebells free in October on a Tuesday 7.15-8.00am & Thursday 6.45-7.30pm.

No booking required, just turn up.
