Your 8 week programme is designed to boost your metabolism, blast fat, and reshape your muscles from head to toe in just 8 weeks!
These sessions are designed to help you get fitter, stronger and leaner using a series of exercises, equipment and your own bodyweight. We're looking to provide the ultimate workouts, including HIIT, Kettlebells and Boot Camp classes, regular reviews before and after your sessions, food diaries and the all important weights and measurements so we can see the results and achievements you've made.
Anyone who signs up will be assigned to either Julie or Lisa, with each fitness instructor hoping to lead their group into victory by making the biggest changes to their bodies after 8 weeks.
Your next challenge and change course is 6th January-15th February 2020
The course lasts for 8 weeks with sessions exclusively for participants in exercise & nutrition. There will be the opportunity for regular weigh-ins and measurement readings to track your progress as well as a private facebook group as a platform for the group to share their experiences and ask any questions.
The following sessions will be available to the group
Registration: Monday 6th January between 7.00-8.00pm
Mondays 1 hour session (time & class TBC)
Tuesdays HIIT 6.45-7.15am & intermediate Kettlebells 7.15-8.00am
Thursdays HIIT 7.45-8.30pm
Saturdays Beginners Running Club 7.45-8.45am & Beginners Boot Camp 9.00-10.00am
Access to any of the above classes is included during the course, plus use of the gym. Attendance on the Saturday Boot Camp is compulsary so the group can workout and catch up on progress together. Candidates can also attend any Ignite & Inferno timetabled classes.

Non members: £90
Although Lisa and I are both friends and work colleagues, we are both very competitive and will be going head to head on this Challenge & Change course. We both want the group we lead to be the most successful at the end of 8 weeks.Julie Angel
