Andy has worked for Freedom Leisure for around 7 years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience to share. He is a Level 2 Fitness Instructor, a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 3 GP referral qualified and is Level 2 adolescent trained.
Andy enjoys calisthenics (body weight exercises), Kettle Bells, TRX suspension training and functional movements. He has advanced knowledge in foam rolling which is used as a form of deep tissue massage to help promote blood flow and break down scar tissue to help reduce pain and soreness. He is also very experienced in incorporating the Olympic rings in to work outs helping to sculpt the muscles and build strength. Equally if your GP refers you to the gym for exercise it will be Andy that will work with you to help build an exercise programme to support and aid your recovery.
