Bro-Yoga - What is it? Yoga for bro's! This is a male only studio session aimed at those looking to improve flexibility and mobility. A great complimentary class to do alongside your normal workout!
Outdoor HIIT - An outdoor high intensity class run by coach Sarah. Burn fat, increase stamina, loose weight and keep muscle!
14-18 weightlifting - Available to those aged 14-18, a great introduction to how to lift safely and effectively led by Coach Chris.
