Personal Training at Builth Wells

Working together with GJB Fitness trainer Gareth Bowen will transform your time in the gym. I used the Personal Training at Builth Wells Leisure Center for 2 sessions. The 1st focused on improving core strength, using simple exercises I could do everyday and anywhere, as I travel a lot this was key for me. The 2nd session was hot to improve upper body strength using the equipment in the gym, which I had never used before. The sessions were just great, fun, friendly, professional and informative. I now have a great set of exercises I can do myself. After using the core strength exercise for a month I am really noticing a difference. It was worth every penny, can highly recommend.
