We are excited to announce we have a brand new Bootcamp class taking place every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning, to kickstart your day and help you on your fitness journey.
Our enthusiastic instructors, Tassie, Jack and Leighton, will give you all the support and encouragement you need during these intense early morning classes. Three different days, three different instructors - come along to a single day or come along to all three for maximum effect.
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 6.30-7.30am
A fun, effective and friendly weight loss, tone and general fitness class using a mixture of kettlebells, free weights, mat work and bodyweight exercises.
