Supporting you to get active and stay active
Walking is a great way to meet people and make new friends whilst enjoying a gentle walk taken at your own pace. This session is suitable for all ages and abilities. Come along and join in, we will be meeting at Bexhill Leisure Pool every third Wednesday of the month at 10.30am for a one hour (2.5mile) healthy walk, along the seafront. There's no need to book and it's free to join in.
