Aquafit is a great way to add variety to an existing exercise routine, or a great place to start if you are new to exercise. Because your body is totally supported it puts less stress on your joints and muscles and therefore reduces the risk of injury. The use of the water as your resistance helps build strength and raise the heart rate for an all over body workout.
Throughout February you can bring a friend for free (with every paying adult or premier member) to Tuesday & Thursday 8.15pm evening aquafit classes.
Working out with someone is always much more fun so tell your friends and bring them down to join you in a class throughout February.
