Our centres plan to reopen in line with Government guidance and under our “new normal” operating procedures with the necessary social distancing and hygiene measures in place to provide you with a safe, clean and comfortable environment to use.
We are really excited to welcome you back through our doors. Please note we have made some changes to our opening times and are currently only offering limited gym sessions, swimming, aquafit and a takeaway service for drinks & snacks.
Over the last few weeks the team at our centre have been working hard to make the centre as safe and enjoyable as ever. Here are a range of ways we aim to keep you safe.
To help maintain social distancing in the centre we ask our customers to book if they wish to attend a gym, swimming or aquafit session. Members may book up to 7 days in advance either by telephone or in person, those needing to pay can do so on the day. Non-members will be able to request a casual membership number from reception that allows them to book 4 days in advance (payment will be taken at the time of booking).
Please note if you just turn up and there is space you will be permitted to enter but only up to 10 minutes into the session. We are unable to take bookings via social media or email.
Gym slots will be for a duration of 1 hour bookable on the hour.
Our swimming sessions will either be in 1 hour or 1.5 hour blocks. Longer sessions are to accomodate open family swimming.
Our current pool timetable can be found here
We have introduced a one way system around our centre to help us maintain social distancing. We ask our customers to arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your booked slot.
Customers will queue outside the centre prior to their booking; they will be able to follow our one way system to the area of the centre they are booked in to use.
Please maintain social distancing when walking around the gym and on poolside.
We ask that you do not loiter in the centre before or after your sessions.
The lead adult will have to supply name and telephone number for track and trace purposes
