Sauna (currently closed, awaiting repair)
We have a traditional sauna available to unwind in after a gym workout or a swim. Or just take some time out of your day to sit back and let the heat work it's magic on tired muscles and busy minds.
Our sauna can be used on a pay as you go basis or enjoyed as part of your membership package.
