Why not try our 45 minute Cardio and Core Circuits class every Sunday morning from 10.35am. Led by our Personal Trainer and gym instructor Davide you are in the best possible hands for a safe and comprehensive workout to get your Sunday off to a flying start.
This class is designed to help shed that excess fat while building strength and endurance. The session includes circuit training, cardio exercises, bodyweight exercises and finishes with core training and stretching for a complete workout.
