Increasing and maintaining adequate muscle mass is one of the best ways to keep body fat at bay and improve over all fitness, yet it's one of the most common areas of gym use overlooked by females. Resistance training such as lifting weights is the best way to build muscle mass.
If you would like to learn how to weight lift with correct form and technique then enrol onto our 6 week ladies that lift course every Tuesday 10.00-11.00am. The classes will be based around the three big compound lifts, squat, bench and deadlift.
Taught by Nicola Swain who is a record holder female powerlifter.
