Meet the staff

Each month we would like to introduce you to a member of our gym staff. If you ever have a question or need some advice please do not hesitate in asking one of them for support. They are there to make sure you get the best from your work out and that you are safe when you perform exercises.

Ashley is a highly experienced Personal Trainer with over 15 years experience in the fitness industry. He has competed in many sports including. Strongman, MMA, Bodybuilding and Fitness Championships, taking home medals in all.

He specialises in Hyperthrophy and cardiorespiratory training as well as sports specific training.

Ashley has adapted a hybrid approach to fitness using his previous sports knowledge as well as scientifically proven methods combining the resistance and cardiovascular training, making for an all round muscle building, fat shedding and fitness increase.

Ashley has trained a vast clientele list. Those wanting to lose fat, build muscle and even compete in certain sports and fitness events. He has also trained people back from serious injury and helped many people overcome the mental barriers as well as the physical that comes with all fitness training. 

He holds the following qualifications:

  • Level 3 Personal Trainer 
  • Diploma in Sports Nutrition
  • Level 2 Crossfit Instructor 
  • Certified Kettlebell instructor
  • Certified Spin Instructor 
  • Certified Gym Based Boxing Instructor
