summer boot camp style class starting 14th June

Boot Camp is a combination of cardio, strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, core and functional movement patterns. Join us every Wednesday 6pm - 7pm with Rob. This outdoor (weather permitting) class is suitable for all levels of fitness so whether you want to try a new way to get fit or you just want to push yourself a bit, or a lot more, come and try out boot camp style class.

Included in premier memberships or £5 for non members.
