This creative dance class combines the precision of Pilates, alignment of yoga and the grace and technique of ballet. Using a fixed barre you’ll perform a series of repetitive low-impact movements at varying intensities, working the muscles to fatigue, to burn fat and to sculpt the body.
This unique programme is designed to tone the thighs, lift the butt, sculpt the arms and flatten the abdominals.
Barre Concept will help to give you the lean physique of a dancer even if you have no dance ability at all; it simply works to tone the body based on the disciplines of both Ballet and Pilates.
