We are offering a range of coaching options available to help you achieve your personal running goal. Whether that goal is to focus on strength, conditioning or mobility training for running, we can help you achieve your aim.
The style of coaching is tailored to get the best from you, either by treadmill running, outdoor running, or buddy running, keeping you motivated all the way.
The first session will include an initial fitness assessment from which an individual training plan will be created specifically for you, to help achieve your goal in a realistic timeframe.
Sessions are available to suit beginners to advanced runners either one to one or in small groups and are available in 10 session blocks.
