These sessions will take into account your own personal goals, lifestyle, injuries or any long term conditions. They are an ideal way to build confidence or skills before joining a class and can be taken at your own pace and a time to suit.

The first session will include a posture analysis so a plan can be tailored for your individual needs.

Additional equipment may be used in these sessions including foam blocks, elastic resistance bands, small strength balls and large conditioning balls.

Sessions are available for beginners through to advanced and are booked in 10 session blocks.
