‘New baby, New body’

Our postnatal course focuses on strengthening your whole body. We will work on the core and pelvic floor throughout the class to ensure you get a stronger and flatter stomach. We will use weights, resistance bands and safe exercises to help your body recover. We will help correct posture issues and help with any postnatal issues such as diastasis or pelvic weakness.
