PSI - falls prevention course starting 24th June 21

If you or someone you know has had one or more falls in the last 12 months you could benefit from our fall's prevention course. 

This level 4 referral course offers evidence-based exercise proven to improve stability, balance and confidence.  

 
The course will run 24/06-19/08 (with no session on 7th July)
