New Weight Loss Programme starting soon!
The new weight loss programme is a 6 week group program designed not only to help you lose weight but to help you lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way leading to you being able to maintain an ideal weight for you (no yo yo diets).
You will meet with the instructor Paul to have a 1-2-1, and he will provide you with all the information you will need to succeed.
You will then have access to 3 coached training sessions a week , a total of 18 sessions which will help you progress as you gain confidence and fitness.
We normally run with up to 8 people per group (we keep the numbers low so to help you get the best results )
