4-week mindfulness course

Starting: Thursday 19th October 2017

Time: 7.30pm - 8.30pm

Mindfulness, simply put, is the awareness, which emerges 'when paying attention to the present moment, on purpose, to things as they are.'  Do you find yourself worrying about the past?  Preoccupied with thoughts about 'what may happen', then Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction may help.

It is also helpful for pain mnagement, anxiety, negative thinking, stress, sleeplessness and high blood pressure plus more.

We've been taking care of our physical care for a long time now. But now its time to really start looking after our mind health. Do you find yourself worrying about the past or fretting about what may happen in the future? Mindfulness is the ability to really start to pay attention to the present moment, exactly as it is. But its not that simple and we need training to be able to do this. I look forward to seeing you this Autumn.
