Members can book 10 days in advance and non-members can book 3 day in advance.

 

Please turn up 5 minutes before your session and maintain social distancing at all time.

Please come execcise ready and bring a drink.

1:45-2:45pm , 3-4pm , 4:15-5:15pm , 5:30-6:30pm , 6:45-7:45pm , 8-9pm

 

Saturday and Sunday

8:15-9:15am , 9:30am-10:30am , 10:45-11:45am

1:30-2:30pm , 2:45pm-3:45pm

junior health and fitness sessions available daily for 11-15years

Our Junior Gym sessions take place at the following times:

Weekends
