We have never been so busy and the class instructor team is stronger than ever. But we have had to make some changes. The main points are:
*Customers must arrive with 5 minutes spare, this is to ensure warm up and set up time. Reception staff are able to give their space away (unless the customer is in the queue).
*Receipts are to be collected as normal.
*Customer's are to give 6 hours notice when cancelling and they are no longer able to cancel online.
