Personal Training gives our customers the chance to take their fitness and wellbeing goals to the next level. Personal Training sessions are available one to one, joint or group sessions.
I wanted to have PT to push myself in to new ways of training; I wanted to be able to lift heavier with correct technique. My ultimate goal is to change my body shape and at just 3 sessions in, working with Sarah, I am already noticing changes. I have been training for a number of years, starting off as a triathlete in my early 20’s. I switched to bodybuilding due to a back injury which meant running was a no go for a while. I now compete as a bikini athlete and have done for over 5 years. I enjoy all elements of my sport, the commitment and focus needed mean that I am challenged mentally and physically on a daily basis.
I trained to become a P.T because I’ve always enjoyed the physical and mental benefits of looking after myself, be that though a better diet or exercise.
I was always being given misleading or contradicting information when starting my own fitness journey, or I found that the information I was given was generic and not focusing on what was best for me. Through my professional training and my own fitness I have evolved in to a trainer that takes a no-nonsense approach, I don’t believe in quick fixes, fad diets or getting people to do over complicated workouts. Everyone is truly unique and that deserves my attention.
I love being a fitness instructor as it can be very rewarding and it has always been a dream of mine to be one. I enjoy motivating, encouraging and guiding people to help them feel better and achieve their goals.
From a young age I have always been very active and enjoyed playing sport. From the age of six I started playing table tennis competitively, playing for Sussex County. I have always really enjoyed running and still continue to do it to this day. During secondary school, I joined the gym and fell in love with training. Currently, I do both cardiovascular and weight training and use the gym regularly. Wiktoria will be starting her PT Training in September 2019.
I enjoy working with people who want to see results. We can work together to achieve this.
I have always been interested in sport; martial arts, cycling and weight training.
I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life and learning about them. I enjoy helping people through health and fitness and watching their progress.
I became more active in my early 20’s and took up Judo. Judo is something that I really enjoy and I still enjoy watching others enjoying the sport. I also enjoy cycling and teaching spinning classes.
