Introduction to Fitness for Women & Girls aged 13-19

Starting Tuesday 10 November for 6 weeks at freedomleisure newent

a session dedicated to supporting young females build confidence in getting fit whilst having fun!

Two sessions available:

  1. 4-4:45pm*

  2. 5-5:45pm*

6 sessions usually £15 but for a limited time, you pay £5!!

Hi everyone, my names Rachel and I’ll be running your 45 minute introduction to fitness sessions. The ethos of the sessions will be centred around building confidence, breaking down barriers, getting fit and having fun. The sessions will be a great starting point if you feel like starting the gym is a MAMMOTH task right now. At the very start and end I'll get you to fill out a pre and post questionnaire to help track your progress. At the start of the session we’ll discuss goal setting and nutrition, and what health, wellness and fitness means to you (so have a little think now). At the end of the 6 weeks I'll be offering you support on how to continue being active with local discounted exercise sessions. All sessions will be delivered in line with latest Government guidance and so we can enjoy a Covid secure session together.
