If you are aged 13-17 and answered yes to any of the above, this FREE course could be for you!
Come and join us for a free 12 week course with other young people like you, where we can learn together about healthy foods, what happens to your body during exercise and why it is good for you. This course will aim to increase your confidence and launch your all new healthy lifestyle.
When: This course starts on Wednesday 31st October and runs for 12 weeks with a break over Christmas
